What We Believe

2 Chr 7 14.jpg

Our Vision

Our Country, "America the Beautiful" was founded on Biblical principles based on the infallible word of God. However, the corrosive power of sin has eaten away at our moral base causing the foundation to be weakened. We as people have strayed so very far away from truth and righteousness that God has issued a mandate, first to the church, then to all the nations of the world. All mankind must know that there is a Savior who sacrificed himself by laying His Life down, giving His own blood as an atonement for the sins of the world. Jesus Christ, the Spotless Lamb of God. Today God is calling the church to stand up, "ARISE," and make her statement. Turn back to the God of our Father. Abortion is at an all time high. Babies, beautiful little children, are taken away from their mothers womb never to fulfill their destiny. Pornography is rampant on the streets, on billboards, in movies, magazines, everywhere you look. The divorce rate is the highest it has ever been. Children taking up arms against each other, teachers, and yes, even against their parents. On and on goes the depraved works of Satan. Who will make a stand for rightness in the Name of Jesus? God has spoken, "I want a lighthouse, a spiritual hospital where the hurt, wounded, lame can run to. Make it a house of prayer for all nations that they may run to Me".  God is calling His people to a place of Holiness, Servitude, and Power under the anointing of the Holy Ghost...ARISE...NEW BEGINNINGS LIFE CENTER, you are the Lighthouse, the Spiritual Hospital. The wounded and hurt will come; the hungry and thirsty will come; those who are weak and weary, tired and heavy laden will come; But we must be strong in the Lord to support them.  We must arm our self with the whole armor of God.

Our Beliefs

ABOUT GOD

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe.  He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

[Genesis 1:1 & 26-27; Matthew 28:19]

ABOUT JESUS CHRIST

Jesus Christ is the only Son of God.  Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary.  Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross.  He rose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death.  He ascended to Heaven's glory and will return again to earth to reign as King of kings and Lord of lords.

[Isaiah 9:6; I Corinthians 15:3-4]

ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son.  He inspired holy men of old to write the Scriptures.  He convicts men of their sins and calls them to the Savior.  He cultivates and comforts believers and bestows the spiritual gifts by which they serve God through His church.  We believe that a believer is baptized into the body of Christ by the Holy Spirit at the time of salvation

(I Corinthians 12:13). However, following Salvation, a believer, by offering himself to God as a living sacrifice, can experience a deeper work of the Holy Spirit, by receiving the gift of speaking in other tongues (prayer language).

[Romans 12:1-2; Ephesians 5:18]

ABOUT THE BIBLE

The Bible is God's Word to man.  It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit.  The Bible is the supreme source of truth for Christians.  Because it is inspired by God, it is the truth without any error.

[Psalms 119:160 & 2 Peter 1:20-21]

ABOUT SALVATION

Salvation is God's free gift to man, but we must accept His gift.  We can never make up for our sin with self-improvement or by good works, only trusting in Jesus Christ, as God's offer of forgiveness, can anyone be saved from sin's penalty.  Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God.

[Romans 6:23 & Ephesians 2:8-9]

ABOUT ETERNITY

We will either exist forever separated from God by our sin, or we will exist forever with God through His forgiveness and salvation.  To be forever separated from God is to be in Hell, but to be forever in union with God is eternal life in heaven.  Both heaven and hell ARE real places of eternal existence.

[John 3:16 & Revelation 20:15]

ABOUT PRAISE & WORSHIP

When we assemble, we place great emphasis on praise and worship.  Together in corporate worship, we acknowledge the worth-ship of the one true God in the singing of His goodness and mercy and in the telling of His mighty acts and excellent greatness.  We worship in the dance, and in the sounding of instruments, in the clapping and raising our hands, and in the shout of the Lord.  An essential part of our worship is in the presenting of tithes and offerings, in prayer and thanksgiving, and in the proclaiming of the scriptures.  We believe whole heartedly in making a joyful noise unto our God and taking every opportunity, with every breath, to praise the Lord.

[Psalms 150:6; Malachi 3:10; Psalms 98:4-8]
